About Us

Zivkovic winery has a rich history. Written documents from as far back as 1729, give proof of the process of wine making in our family. The tradition continues to this day. Year after year, century after century, every one of us has worked on the improvement of the quality of wine, and Sinisa Zivkovic brought it to a whole new level thanks to his army comrade whose life he had saved. His army comrade presented him with an old Dalmatian wine making recipe in gratitude.

Kosta Smederevac, a well-known expert, had a huge influence on our family wine making tradition, as he had shared his immense expertise and knowledge with us.

Making wine brought us a lot of experience, knowledge and many friendships. The results we have today are excellent, and our gratitude goes to Rosa Dimitrijevic, Vladimir Kovac and Jovan Popov - great oenologists who have transferred to us the worldwide expertise necessary for the world class wines we make today.
